Is there any way to set the duration of recording, for motion capture?
Is there any way to set sensitivity zones, or something that gives a sort of guide for what the low/medium/high actually means? Even on low, it seems to trigger more often than it should.
It looks like mp4record has the filenames hardcoded (%s/%04dY%02dM%02dD%02dH) so I'm assuming there's no way to just have a single file for a given day, get appended to?
It does work to manually edit the binary to change this, but that's cruddy, and obviously limited.
Why is there an alternative RSTP server? What are the benefits/usage? I see it doesn't have sound, which is perfect for me, since I don't need it.
Videos are recorded with audio, despite audio being off. With 'low' sensitivity, video still is recorded almost constantly, and at 60 seconds, is completely unnecessary. I can't figure out where to change these... any guidance? And, is there a way to disable embedding a secondary, lower quality stream?
I know there aren't (or don't appear to be) GUI options for this; and near as I can tell, mp4record doesn't take any parameters. I notice there you can echo to /sys/class endpoints, but an issue thread here seems to indicate you can set the cam into an infinite loop doing that.
A big thank you to the roleoroleo, for the most excellent hack; without this, the cam would have zero utility at all.
