About timestamp matching

I configured binocular Celex5 according to the official instructions, and connected two sensors according to the regulations, but the timestamp of the event data still failed to align during the test, with an error of about 200ms-500ms. When I look at the event frame, I find that the motion of the object is almost aligned, which is very strange. Have you ever encountered similar problems?
