Getting error after switching to a role instead of stand alone account. May be an issue sending emails from an instance created from the old account.

User `arn:aws:iam::<id_number>:user/[email protected]' is not authorized to perform `ses:SendRawEmail' on resource `arn:aws:ses:us-west-2:<id_number>:identity/[email protected]'
