Verify That project-files in rio.toml Works as Intended

rio.toml allows specifying which files are part of the project, and which ones aren't. This is used for change detection / reloading. I've frequently seen Rio not reload even when it should, though I don't have a specific case available. Play around with this and see if it works as intended.
