text fragments are fun and I like to use them when possible. Because certain text fragment links include all of the text I want to link to (most often the case, I've found). It could be fun to make a shortcode that would automatically generate a <blockquote> element with the included text and a link to the source.

Just a thought, not feeling too committed to it.
