I'd like to ask if we could plot the data from different days on the same graph, as shown in the picture below. I tried several ways and found that it's difficult to align the time series from different days, especially when there are some missing data. I really appreciate any of your suggestions.

Hello, in you example, are the lines from a population of animals/individuals? I would think the best is to artificially break your days as different individuals (different metadata entries). then you can subtract 1 day to the time of all day 2.
Thanks for your reply. Yes, the data are from a population of animals. Manipulating the metadata is a good idea, though I hope there might be some more automatic ways.
