"Error during upload"

Hi,

I define a group of users that can read all the wikijs site, but can edit only stuff under /home/ai.
When I tried to upload an image file, as a regular user that has access to a specific path, I get
the error: "Error during update" and the image cannot be added to the page.
When I upload as administrator, everything is okay.

In 'Setting' -> 'Group' under 'permission', I checked all the checkboxes under the CONTENT column.

In 'Page Rules', I add /home/ai and give all the permission.
First, I deleted the first role I had under, but when I found in one of the answers that it should not be removed, I had the same role as I delete.

The file size is 460K.

Where can I find the log? Maybe there I can find more information about the error.
Where is the image that I upload saved? Can it be write permission problem?
