Custom end time should allow to specify time

When using a custom end time, the time part is forced to the submit time. It would be convenient to be able to specify a specific time as well (for example to avoid it ending in the middle of the night, or to support auctions shorter than one day).

I second what robberteggermont suggested!!!

I did see that their was a mod available for version 1.1.2 but it does not work with 1.2.2 version.

If anyone can implement custom times that would be amazing!!!!!
btw Dev, keep up the great work! Its awesome for people to willingly share their knowledge to provide free programs for us to use. I couldn't find any other Auction software worth comparing to WeBid. They all charge for their use and they don't provide what I need. Keep it up! :)
