manually migrated feedstocks wrongly show up as bot error #1907

In the boost migration, obake got stuck before it was done manually. It now shows up under bot errors (though without an error trace?!), and more importantly: its children got bot PRs successfully (1, 2).

Yesterday, I fixed the bot PR for ndarray, and the same thing seems to have happened there (including a bot PR for its child dep)... 🤔

Something definitely seems to be going wrong here.

Ah sorry. I've been swamped and so don't know what's happening here. I'd try and check the bot logs to see what error is popping up. If you cannot find one, then the bug is in the status code.
