Add granite-code:3b to the benchmark tests and evaluate if we should default to 3b.

No longer relevant - we've moved on from the granite-code models. We'll have to keep evaluating which size models to run on which hardware - current Paver shows recommendations based on current hardware, and that is planned to continue in Granite.Code.
