Quick links to Red Hat websites with auth

There are several Red Hat websites that have documentation for products or technical help, but require authentication. e.g. access.redhat.com.

This extension should provide links for a couple of the key sites within Podman Desktop (Dashboard? Help page?), automatically logging in the user. This:

• helps users know where to go when they have issues
• helps with exposure to these sites
• saves clicks and typing when I'm already logged in
