Helm child node should be "downloading helm" not "helm binary missing" while the binary is downloading

Steps:

1. EXEC: remove your helm cache: rm -rf ~/.helm/cache
2. EXEC: launch plugin and expand the "Helm Repositories" node

Result:
You see the error message "Could not list repositories: Helm binary missing". In the status bar (right bottom corner) you see "Downloading helm...". Then a refresh is triggered and the helm repositories are listed. Error is gone, everything is fine.

Expected result:
The child node to the "Helm Repositories" should be "Downloading helm binary" and not "Helm binary not found". The error is misleading.
