"Debug" should be available on the url/port children of a component

Steps:

1. ASSERT: have a locally created component
2. EXEC: pick "Start Dev on Cluster"

3. EXEC: pick "Debug" in context menu to your component

Resut:
A dialog shows up asking me for the debugging port

As a noob I dont know that the debugging port is 5858 (not 3000) aka the 2nd child in the list of url/ports of the component.
If "Debug" was available on those 2 children I would not get asked to provide the port, it would get picked automatically based on the entry
