Can you just specify the differences between this and ResizeObserver? #3

The brief doc says "A ResizeObserver polyfill that has limited functionality of ResizeObserver."

I want to use this because we're already using react-container-query as a dependency, so pulling this as a direct dependency wouldn't inflate our bundle. So it would be good to just know where the missing pieces are.

Just an FYI, it appears that performance for this is a little worse than the official ResizeObserver polyfill in Edge.
