Pre-workshop setup

In pre-workshop email, ask participants to download workshop packet from GitHub.

Things to bring

Water bottle.
Adapter for connecting to projector.
Power cord for laptop.
Printout of slides with notes.

Instructor in-class setup

Arrange chairs and tables, if necessary.
Clean up Desktop and quit applications (particularly Slack).
Download fresh copy of data files to Desktop.
Download fresh copy of git repository to Desktop.
Arrange PDF of slides and RStudio on screen.
Start up RStudio with the wrong working directory.
RStudio setup:
- Arrange panes to maximize size of Console pane.
- Hide Toolbar.
- Use Vibrant Ink theme.
