Feature Request: Speak only x times per day for event

Is there anyway you can make a motion alert only occur once? otherwise i'll have to have the weather report occur whenever motion is detected? I'd prefer to have it run on motion between a period of 7am to 9am for example but would only want it to run once or twice? -STCommunity:joel_eggenhuize
