Set distribution of Processes over the remote nodes

Hallo,

Im working at the moment with ray 0.8.5 and set up a cluster with two machines to distribute the workload. This works great so fare but what I've observed is, that my remote-machine has a much lower load than my local machine. How can I ajust this worker-distribution? So I think I should increase somehow the percentage of workers, executed on the remote machine but I dont want to limit the number of CPU's on the local machine.

Is there a mechanism to achief this?
