Cannot connect BulkDataUpdater - please help #246

Hi

We get an error when opening Bulk Data uploader

System.Net.WebException:
The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.

DB Version: 9.2.24101.190
Deployment: Online
