[BUG] `python3 -m cuvs_bench.run` reports an error: unrecognized command-line flag: --raft_log_level=3 #555

python3 -m cuvs_bench.run reports an error
error: unrecognized command-line flag: --raft_log_level=3
after the commit, because --raft_log_level flag is removed here.
