Download the data files from
https://www.cmi-pb.org/downloads/cmipb_challenge_datasets/current/2nd_challenge/
and place them in the data/downloads folder.
Run each task separately. E.g.:
python src/task1.py
The results will be displayed in the outputs/task/ directory
