Question about a direct use

Hello,

I am trying to use the method on simple data frames,

A: A data frame with two columns corresponding to ligand and receptor expression across N locations
B: A data frame with xy-coordinates of the N spatial locations

No cell types are assigned. Just trying to do an overall analysis.

Can you help me do that without going through SpatialDM and other required hoops?
