Project Idea

Project Submitted By

@boucherbox

Summary

This proposal is to fund the creation of a new website for Raid Guild. Travis Wyche has created a mockup version of the Guild's website using Webflow. Phase 1 of this RIP would be to reskin this website and replace the example text with real content.

Content

  • OUR STORY
  • COHORT
  • CASE STUDIES
  • TESTIMONIALS

The final design of the site would be a marriage of TW's website design and the Brand Refresh that Nicolaus created Dec 2024, link below. A new set of Icons will be created as a part of this first phase of work.

Phase 1 (pre-ETH Denver)

  • Sections
    • Webflow Build
      • 30hrs @ $150/hr
    • Content
      • 20hrs @ $50/hr
    • Icons
      • 10hrs @ $150/hr
  • Total
    • Design: 25hrs @ $125/hr = $6,000
    • Copy: 20hrs @ $50/hr = $1,000
    • Sub Total: $7,000

Phase 2 would bring this Webflow site off that platform and into the guild repo as a Vercel site. Also to replace the visual design system with the assets created by TW and Nicolaus during Phase 1. With the the storybook recreated with the fresh assets the other major Raid Guild apps will be reskinned and require QA to fix any UI Bugs.

Why should we build this?

The Raid Guild website is outdated and dysfunctional. As a web3 dev shop we should have a website that is cutting edge. One that showcases the talent that perspective clients would want to hire and potential Raiders would aspire to.

Anything else you'd like to add?

NOTE: from completion of Phase 1 until completion of Phase 2 the client submission form will only be accessed by clerics/hunters. Cold client outreach via the website will be fed to the Raid Guild cleric's Gmail, clerics/hunters will be responsible for monitoring this account weekly and porting over solid submissions to Dungeon Master.

There is 1100 Xdai left over from the SEO RIP, these funds were slated for the next iteration of the website and so should be applied here.

The safe used in that RIP has these funds and I will make this same safe the recipient of these funds. Total ask of the Guild is now, 5900 xdai
