Summary
This proposal aims to revitalize Raid Guild's business development (BD) processes to increase the DAO treasury by $40k within a year, a 20% boost back to the DAO. Over a 3-month period, @0xSero will manage a $33k budget to consolidate client data, re-engage inactive clients, identify new opportunities, and document all efforts.
Currently, Raid Guild faces challenges like a stagnating treasury, limited outreach, and over-reliance on repeat clients. The initiative addresses these issues by organizing client information in a CRM, re-engaging past clients with tailored offerings (e.g., QA, retainers, project updates), and systematically finding and activating new clients. The goal is to increase visibility and establish Raid Guild as a go-to option for engineering, design, and writing needs.
Raiders @taenacious + @boucherbox will complete the direct BD actions described here. Initiative will run over 3 months, impact measured at EoY.

Why should we build this?
Raid Guild currently has:
The treasury is stagnating, and reliance on referrals and repeat customers poses a risk to sustainability. Competitors in the space maintain more active client lists, and our lack of an outreach process limits growth. This proposal aims to address these inefficiencies through structured client engagement and process improvements.
