(1) Is it possible to start startMonitoringSignificantLocationChanges on device boot? Or must this be called at least once from the active application after each boot?
(2) When a change event happens, is the app foregrounded? Or is the js run in the background for a few seconds before being suspended again? Where I'd need to request extra time if I need it, for example to get a more accurate location if needed and send that back to the server.
(3) Accuracy and frequency of events with significant-location change service seems to have been quite bad in < iOS5 (where you could travel several miles and maybe get one event). Is there any more recent information about what frequency can be expected and what the accuracy is?
Thanks!
