Hi! Thank you so much for your question!
Currently, the screenshot is taken only from the underlaying data layer (the histology). It is a plugin from OpenSeadragon. It has awesome capabilities of taking screenshots at different resolution levels.

It would be fantastic, however, if it would not only screenshot the underlying data, but also of the overlaid annotation (i.e. including the paper js overlay into the screenshot).
