[Bug] End Portal & Debug Stick

What happened?

This issue occurred on a server.
A player used a debug stick on an end portal - this causes a crash loop for any players that are within render distance.

Initially thought to be a local issue, player uninstalled and reinstalled. This did not fix the issue, and after inspecting the area, was determined to affect any player within rendering distance.
