Order of scenario collection should be customizable

Currently, if I pick a selection of SavedScenarios to create a new collection, the MYC sorts them based on their SavedScenarioID. Preferably it would be possible for users to determine the order themselves, for example by sorting them in the "Create a new collection view":

The selected sort by the user would then be reflected in the order of scenarios in the MYC. For as long as we don't have scenario titles in the MYC, I think this would make the collection creation process a lot more intuitive.
