Is it possible to include responsive images (i.e., using srcset) with Quarto websites?

I don't think Pandoc markdown image syntax supports this, but you can do that using LUA filter.

To be clear, srcset is not the same thing as responsive.
Images are responsive by default in Quarto.

Thank you very much! (By the way, you're absolutely right, I modified the title.) Your answer to my other question led me to the following extension: https://github.com/abhiaagarwal/optimize-images, and this seems to support srcset as well.
