From v5.0.1 app is not opening when clicking on notifications

Hi, I'm on a Fairphone 2 running Lineage (was on 15.1 but updated to 16 yesterday) and I'm not really sure how to describe this but since 5.0.1 (through to 5.0.3) when I click on a notification the app doesn't open but I always get the „with which app do you want to open this?“-popup (intent-something? +___+):

I tried deleting cache/data of the app and reinstalling but it doesn't change anything. The app is working fine for me on v4.0.16.

Any ideas what I could test/do? Thanks a lot!
