Some constructive feedback.

The white and black text theme doesn't help with separating the content; different highlights or headers should be used to signify sections of data.

I can understand the idea behind a system dashboard, but if you were to take an automobile dashboard. Usually, the most important dials and information are front and center, and switches and tools are separate.

There could be an information area and then a separate section for tools. They could even be hidden and revealed. Right now, it's overly cluttered, and you're looking for all the information pieces amongst the tools. I believe it's easier on your brain to see all the information first together and then the tools.

This could just be my problem, but I wanted to give you this feedback if it was at all helpful.

Thanks for a great plugin!

@jordantrizz thanks for the feedback. My focus currently is building the functionalities/features and have something that is OK/workable for the UI.

That being said, when you say 'information' and 'tools', can you give specific examples of what you mean by those two words?

Also, I understand your car dashboard analogy, which is super important in the context of driving... need to minimize distraction. This plugin however, is currently presented as such to enable developers to look at various parts of a WordPress install on a single screen, a tool that they will get used to over time. The context is not to "minimize distraction / safety issue", but "complete but easily navigable / findable". That said, I'll give this more thought as our discussion here progress, and I can shift some focus towards the UI.

Information is data displayed in a manner that is understandable. Tools require input or an action to generate data.

Right, this might all be based on terminology then. A system dashboard would provide data and information organized in an easy to navigate fashion. There's lots of examples of this in many different software products, all using the term dashboard. In this case this is a more of a development tool than a system dashboard. Which is perfectly fine, again the assumption was my own.

My assumption was this plugin would provide a dashboard of information that is easy to digest visually. I was hoping to replace https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/ with your plugin. I assumed incorrectly, this is still a great plugin and I will use it for sure.
