This issue is observed when running Cirq's Supremacy Circuit under CuQuantum distributed settings. i.e. MPI and NCCL for expectation computation. This is unexpected given that the failure occurred at such low qubit value. Similar settings works fine when using CuQuantum single node option. To be investigated.

Hi @Tankya2 , understood that you've successfully conducted some large numbers of qubits during the benchmarking, so is this issue resolved or still there?
