add "and" condition to seed limits

is it possible to add an "and" condition to the seeding limits, for ratio. the issue is I have a extremely fast box. a script runs against torrent files, the minimum i can set this too is 10 minutes, sometimes the ratio limit completes before 10 minutes, making the script not catch the files (as i delete them ) and we get stuck, increasing ratio limit is not a good fix, as hundreds of files download, potentially running me out of space, and I can't drop the seed time, as it gives hit and runs if under the ratio limit
