video list page should indicate which videos are in draft

As an admin, I can see all the videos for a category regardless of whether the video is live or draft. However, looking at a video list, I can't tell which videos are live and which are draft. Further, I don't get to see editor notes indicating what might be wrong with videos that are still in draft mode.

This issue covers fixing the video list to denote which videos are live and which are draft and also to add additional notes to the videos for admin.
