Gini decomposition for subgroups

Hi,

Is there any plan to provide tools to analyse inequality decomposition between two subgroups of a population ?

For example, let's say a population A, with group B (men) and group C (women). That'd give within, between and intra contributions ?

The short answer is yes :->
I'm investigating alternative decompositions of the Gini along this line with an eye toward spatial applications.
