Missing version

What happened?

When running pulumi I get the warning:

warning: resource plugin kubernetes-cert-manager is expected to have version >=0.0.6, but has ; the wrong version may be on your path, or this may be a bug in the plugin

Example

Update kubernetes-cert-manager python package to 0.0.6
Run pulumi preview

Sorry about that. The warning is harmless and I expect this will be resolved in the next release thanks to #67.

This should be working with version v0.1.1.
