This is a legit error where TestAccKeyVaultTs_CLI fails with

error: building authorizer for https://management.azure.com: obtaining Authorization Token from the Azure CLI: parsing json result from the Azure CLI: waiting for the Azure CLI: exit status 1: ERROR: AADSTS700082: The refresh token has expired due to inactivity. The token was issued on 2024-10-15T18:27:48.9577377Z and was inactive for 90.00:00:00. Trace ID: 08fa0448-b18f-4d64-bb58-b04df2206100 Correlation ID: b39e7c81-bff4-4e48-84c8-38fffb0c4a6a Timestamp: 2025-01-14 09:37:32Z

The token needs to be replaced with a new, locally generated one.

Fixed by updating the CLI token secret
