20250116 AWSX released failing darwin-amd64 binary identified that we were not doing release verification on macos as we thought, but we only added the verification to full releases. We should also enable release verification for macos on prereleases to catch these before creating full releases.

IIUC. the only reason we didn't enable this before was concerns about having enough macos runners, but we should have enough runners now that this should be no problem.
