File Inventory progress display #1326

When I request a file inventory the inventory will be available in the dashboard as a download, but there is no indication that a file inventory is being generated for me (see screenshot below).

Given that file inventories take a while to be generated (10-20 minutes or longer) I think users will benefit from knowing that their job is actually running and perhaps even display a percent of completion.

This is something that we have noted in the generally in the recent activities box but we could probably document more about how that feature works on the dashboard as status of the file becomes available: #1052

How it's intended to work once clicked on, is defined in the file download issue: #1082

I think the question for @matthewjchandler is if we should design out a middle ground while #1082 isn't prioritized for the board.

@beth-german I would say no, let's not design a new stop-gap. Let's just work on #1082 at the next available TigerData focused sprint for the dev team
