Sync custom user roles config to subfolder of active WordPress theme

Hi there,

In Advanced Custom Fields Pro there is a function to sync custom field groups as JSON or PHP to a subfolder in the current active theme directory (every field group get's exported to the ./acf-json folder inside of the theme folder). Is it possible with PublishPress Capabilities Pro or Free to do something similar with custom user roles and the assigned capabilities etc.?

This would be very useful for us because we're often using WordPress themes on multiple sites that use the same set of user roles. So it would be helpful to updated/sync them with the WordPress theme between the sites without manually doing this.
