create standard output quarto notebooks

Similar to the validation notebooks, we will need to model results summaries. We will mostly want to replicate (and replace) the existing RTP outputs: L:\RTP_2022\final_runs\sc_rtp_2018_final\soundcast\outputs\RTP_final_3_8_22.

We can either use the in-memory data, or likely just lean on the agg outputs that already exist. These should be separate from the validation notebooks because we want to run validation data in a different way. The standard outputs should just be run automatically.

We should consider adding flexibility to compare multiple runs, like we do with the validation data vs a list of surveys.
