Can you add the redirection on ( https://deptofcivicthings.com/attachment-sitemap.xml) /attachment-sitemap urls to home url (/). or remove from the sitemap. I mean turn off the mention of all sitemaps.

And:

1. What dummy sitemaps are there?

I want to remove these mentioned sitemaps from Yoast SEO but I have no
access. Like this:

2. What do you need Code Snippet for? (You may be able to accomplish
another way)
Answer:
I want to noindex the string query URLs that are reported in GSC. I want
some pages to redirect non Trailing slash (/) because these pages are
canonical with Traling slash but not in page URL. That's why I want to add
code snippets to add specific code for these issues.
