2019-04-20	Cloud Download	Steps to download contents from the cloud.	2	true	true	false	true

NOTE:

Do not turn off the device while downloading the contents from the cloud.

Prerequisite:

1. The device should be connected to the internet either via Ethernet cable or via USB tethering.
2. Log in to the device using your laptop/desktop.
3. Check whether the "Internet Connectivity" tag present on the dashboard indicates "Connected".

Step 1

Click on the Menu button (encircled in the image) present in the top-left corner of the screen.

Step 2

Click on the "Cloud Download" tab

Step 3

Now the Cloud Download page will appear. You can search for contents by typing in the input text field and hit the Enter key.

Step 4

List of all the contents matching with the search keyword will be displayed.

Step 5

You can scroll down to see all the contents. If you wish to see more contents for the same, click on the "Load more" button.

Step 6

To download the contents, click on the download icon (which is encircled in fig). You can see the tags getting downloaded at the right side of the screen.

Step 7

A green tick indicates that the contents have been downloaded successfully. Now click on the "Load Content to Plugin" button.

Step 8

A pop-up message appears, click on the "Ok" button to continue. Once contents have been loaded into the device, you will see a success message.

Step 9

After a few minutes, click on the Menu button and navigate to "File Management" Tab.

Step 10

Now goto ecar_files folder and check whether all the contents have been loaded properly into the device or not.
