How to get telemetry.min.js file mentioned in docs

I am unable to find the standalone telemetry JS library telemetry.min.js that is mentioned in the Telemetry Sending documentation. Should we use the telemetryLibrary.js in the sunbird utils in place of telemetry.min.js?
