DELIVERABLES

mint multiple from one tx
marketplace fee (10% on 1st sale 3% on secondary marketplace)
artist royalties (10% on every sale)
secondary marketplace (once item is purchased from marketplace the new owner can place nft for sale in the secondary mrkt)
ability to trade on secondary marketplace
only approved addresses can mint new nft
