Consistent tiles

Check tiles sizes match image dimensions.

Simulate

With an Hexadecimal Editor (e.g. HxD) change the tiles size to a non-coherent value. The TileOffsets tag id is 324 (hex 0x0144). The TileByteCounts tag id is 325 (hex 0x0145). Change either the tile offsets cardinalities of these fields or the value of some tile in the StripByteCount array.
