Strips tags

StripOffsets, StripByteCounts tags must exist for stripped images

Simulate

With an Hexadecimal Editor (e.g. HxD) remove some of the mandatory tags. The StripOffsets tag id is 273 (hex 0x0111). The StripByteCount tag id is 279 (hex 0x0117). A tag deletion can be also simulated by changing the tag id of some existing tag.
