I've noticed since the release of 0.40.1 the focal-cuda-11.4.3 variant image doesn't seem to be getting published? I have a pipeline that relies on that version, would it be possible to publish focal-cuda-11.4.3 for 0.40.3 and onwards? Thx!

In #75 I updated the base images to use the officially supported images by NVIDIA, see

Is focal-cuda-12.6.3 also okay or do you strictly require 11.?
And if you require 11.
, is the latest 11.* version (11.6.1 11.8.0) okay as well?

I'm not 100% sure tbh, I've inherited maintaining updates that relied on the 11.4.3 version prior so have generally stuck with that. Is the 11.4.3 image being deprecated? I seem to recall reading some internal documentation about only supporting 11.4.3 for GPU k8s deployments, but would have to ping some devops folks to get more details if 11.4.3 isn't going to be a possibility moving forward.

See nvidia/container-images unsupported-tags.md:

CUDA image container tags have a lifetime. The tags will be deleted Six Months after the last supported "Tesla Recommended Driver" has gone end-of-life OR a newer update release has been made for the same CUDA version.

but i just saw that 11.4.3 is still in the supported tags

But still, i am not sure it's feasible to supply all nvidia images in this repo here and would prefer to only use the latest ones...
If it's not possible for you to use another cuda image, i could add 11.4.3 back; please check if 11.8.0 works as well for your use case, though. If not, I can add 11.4.3 back

Sounds good. Will get back to you once I've had a chance to test and thank you for the offer to add back 11.4.3!

We were able to switch to the 12.6.3 images for our pipelines so no need to publish 11.4.3.
