Deleting an account throws a 500 error

The error encountered when deleting an account is:

DatabaseError: relation "registration_registrationprofile" does not exist 
LINE 1: ...ouser"."is_staff", "base_gouser"."is_active" FROM "registrat... 

This looks like a complex interaction between our custom user model and the registration extension we're using.

We probably need to think more about how deleting accounts should work (i.e. what should happen to its conversations, routers, channels, etc) and we need tests for this.
