Audio offset drifting after running game for some time(appears often if run in background for) #31617

Bug description

As the title said. Mostly the audio feel like earlier compare to "normal"(like 1st map after launch the game).
Restart the game or PC can fix it, but it will appear once again if you suspend it long enough tm.
Idk exactly if it's my audio driver's fault or a game bug.

Hit error when this issue happens. It should be <2ms if it's normal and nothing is changes.

See ppy/osu-stable-issues#306 and #29974 for others with this issue.

This is a known issue which we are slowly investigating. It can be fixed with some weird low-level system settings, but we hope to provide a better solution soon.
