I get random stutters on Lazer

I have this problem for 1 or 2 months i would say i didnt give it much thought because its rare but it started getting annoying. I will provide the most info i can.
System
Ryzen 7 5800x3d
16gb ram
RTX 3070
Osu is on an SSD drive
i have around 80k beatmaps but i have it show 5* plus so i see 20k in the carousel
Using d11 render method on a 1440p monitor on 280hz x2 frame so 560fps
